Bills of Assurance
Lots in the Hillsborough Property Owners' Association are governed by a series of Bills of Assurance. Before building anything on your property please check with the Board to ensure that your proposed additions comply with the restrictions in your area.

Yard Waste
Leaves and grass clippings belong by the curb where the city can pick them up, not in the creek where they can block the flow of water and cause problems. The city will haul your yard waste away free. For extra large items (trash and tree limbs) call 888-2208.

Creek Beds and Culverts
Children playing in or near the creek have a tendency to throw sticks or rocks into the creek or leave their toys behind which sometimes get washed away with heavy rains. These items contribute to the debris which builds up and can cause major problems. So, please discuss with your children that first of all they need to be careful if they do play near the creek (we do not want anyone to get hurt) and to remember to take home with them the cherished items that they take to the playground and creek.

Leash Laws
The City of Little Rock and the HPOA have leash laws. Please do not let your dog run free in the neighborhood and please clean up after them if they do make a mess while out for a walk.
